The new ingredients I came across took me on a marvellous new experience. My journey took me next to New Caledonia and the Park Royal Kitchens of Noumea. There is a great balance of flavours in the kitchens and the characters and adventure quickly stirred my culinary spirit. This book highlights the culinary wonders of this remarkable place. The food displays and mixture of tastes, colours and scents representing the ambience of the place.
